We currently deliver to selected postcodes around Kingston Upon Thames, London. If you fall into this category then we are extremely flexible with home delivery and pick up times. If unfortunately you do not fall into our delivery area, then you are slightly too far for our busy delivery drivers. However if you give us a call we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you.

Our process for delivery and collection is:

-24hrs before delivery of the bike box we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

-On the day of delivery we will contact you 1 hour before the arranged delivery time to confirm the time is still ok.

-We will then deliver the bike box to your specified address (we require the £50 deposit in cash here)

-24hrs before collection is due we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

-On the day of collection we will contact you 1 hour before the arranged collection time to confirm the time is still ok.

-We will then come and collect the bike box from you. (we will return your £50 deposit in cash)
